  • Shipping & Delivery

    We deliver Australia wide using registered post.

    1. How much does delivery cost within Australia?

      Delivery is FREE for all orders over AUD $100. Otherwise, a flat rate of $8.95 per shipping applies.
    2. How will I know that my order has been shipped?

      A shipping confirmation will be sent to you by email advising when your order has been dispatched and with its tracking details. We would wish that Order Confirmation be checked thoroughly to ensure all details provided are correct. If there are changes that need to be addressed, please call us immediately and we’ll look into your request as soon as possible. You may leave a special delivery instruction at the time of checkout. Please note that changes cannot be made once your order is shipped.
    3. What if I provided an incorrect delivery address or have parcels returned to you?

      If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, the flat rate of $8.95 will apply to send it again.
    4. Can I track my parcel?

      Yes, the consignment number sent to you can be tracked via Australia Post website here.
    5. When will I receive my order?

      We endeavour that most of our items offered online are available in stock and will be processed for dispatch the next business day. Should there be items on order that are not readily available, we will contact you immediately to advice you of the estimated leadtime. Regular registered post usually takes around 2-5 working days, depending on distance from Sydney. Regional areas have longer lead times.
    6. Is a signature required?

      Yes. We send via Registered Post. This is to ensure that the deliveries are made and can be tracked for your security and peace of mind. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left for you to advice which Australia Post branch the parcel is being held. If you wish to have another mode or method of delivery, do contact us here.
    7. Does oozos have international shipping?

      Yes. For international orders please contact us for information regarding shipping costs and exchange rates.

    We endeavour that all our products pass strict quality control. And here at oozos, we value your business and satisfaction. That is why we would be happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery of item(s); and we will send you a replacement item with free delivery costs (Australia only). Items must be unworn, unused and returned in its original packaging, and we reserve the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.     oozos uses 128-bit encryption over secure http.  You can verify this by noting the URL on top of the page of your browser whenever you view your account, or proceed to checkout, or make a payment or go to our login page, SecurePay Logoall of these pages are over HTTPS. Our secure payment is backed by SecurePay, a business of Australia Post.
    oozos does NOT save any of your credit card data. These sensitive information are all handled by SecurePay with their Level 1 Service Provider PCI DSS Compliance and FraudGuard suite, they provide the most secure payment platform available in today’s market.

    We offer two (2) secure payment options: SecurePay (a business of Australia Post) and Paypal.  All our pricing are in Australian Dollars.  If you want to know how much it is for a different currency, use a currency converter (eg, We currently do not offer a different currency.  You will be charged the equivalent foreign exchange rate depending on your bank.

    You can easily view orders as our frontend makes you easily navigate through and track your current orders. On the left panel of the screen, whenever you are viewing any product, the status of you shopping "bag" is displayed. From here, you can easily manage, add, or remove current items. If you are a registered member, you can also save your shopping bag and the next time you log in you can continue shopping where you left off!
  • Updating Account Information

    Updating Account Information
    If you register with oozos, the details you share with us will be saved and you can manage that information easily. Simply login with your credentials everytime you visit oozos.  The login form is conveniently situated on top of every page, where you can see the Login sign, simply click that and a non-intrusive window form will appear. Upon successful login, you can then manage all your information by going to "My Account" section. In there you can see all your purchase history, rewards point (if any), pending orders and other information.
